Trinity Investment Group's strategy is to focus on the operation and enrichment of value-add properties, strategic acquisitions, and strengthening of multi-family communities mainly in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Utah. In the near future, we are looking to expand our investment opportunities to other surrounding states.

TIG seeks to invest in and develop properties located in markets with strong fundamentals and that meet the following criteria:

Target Markets:

- Secondary and tertiary markets in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Utah.

Location Criteria:

- High civilian labor force

- Future job growth

- Strong renters population rate

- Accessibility to employers, schools, supermarkets, & medical facilities

- Low to median overall average cost of living

- Low crime rate

Dave brings 27 years of business ownership with a focus in sales, marketing, and financial expansion. As co-owner of Trinity Real Estate Investment Group, he has a proven track record investing in multi-family properties that exceed expected returns on investment. His goal is to provide a quality living experience for the rental communities which he invests in.

Christopher Barry

Head of Acquisition

Chris boasts a successful track record in the online coaching sector, having driven multi-million dollar revenues and achieving prestigious accolades like the 2 Comma Club X award and Inc 5000 recognition. As a former Chief Operations Officer, he steered a startup towards $10 million annual revenue. Leveraging his sales acumen, Chris is now dedicated to advancing TIG's property acquisitions in the real estate arena.
